Rose + Tulsi Facial Toner

A calming and soothing facial toner formulated with organic hydrosols, aloe vera, jojoba oil + essential oils that balance the pH level and soothe the skin. Suitable for dehydrated and sensitive skin types. Alcohol-free. Non-drying. Formulated by an Esthetician. 

How to use: 

Shake well. In the AM, mist face and follow with a facial serum or cream. In the PM, cleanse the face and follow with facial toner, facial serum + cream.
