Velvet Hills Chocolate is made in small batches out of Carmel Valley, CA. This single origin chocolate bar is bean to bar Guatemalan chocolate with bright, tangy acidity and red grape + citrus notes. Velvet Hills can currently be found at Alta Bakery in Monterey, CA.
